Najmuk – Multi-Vendor eCommerce Marketplace App

Najmuk is a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace app that brings multiple sellers and a wide range of products into one shopping platform. Users can browse categories like fashion, electronics, groceries, home essentials, beauty products, automotive items, and more, while comparing products from different vendors in one place. The platform also supports seller participation through a vendor zone, making it a complete marketplace ecosystem for both buyers and merchants.

Problem Statement

Traditional online shopping experiences often limit buyers to a single store or provide poor seller visibility, making it difficult to compare products, pricing, and vendor reliability in one place. At the same time, many sellers need a centralized digital marketplace where they can manage products, orders, and earnings without building their own full eCommerce infrastructure.

Project Objective

To develop a scalable multi-vendor marketplace app that enables customers to discover, compare, and purchase products from multiple sellers in one convenient platform, while also giving vendors the tools to manage listings, orders, and business performance efficiently.

Najmuk allows multiple sellers to offer products inside one unified shopping platform, giving buyers broader variety and creating a shared digital marketplace model instead of a single-store experience.

Discovery Phase

Identified the need for a marketplace platform where multiple vendors can sell through one digital storefront. Defined the core business model around product variety, vendor participation, buyer convenience, and marketplace trust features such as reviews, ratings, and order tracking

Design Phase

Designed a user-friendly shopping experience focused on easy category browsing, product discovery, cart flow, and checkout simplicity. Planned separate user journeys for buyers and vendors, including seller storefront visibility and vendor access through a dedicated vendor zone

Development Phase

Built the core marketplace modules including product listing management, multi-vendor catalog structure, cart and checkout flows, seller profiles, wishlist support, and order tracking. Also implemented marketplace administration and seller-side operational workflows for managing products, orders, and earnings. Testing Phase

Tested the shopping flow for product search, filtering, cart handling, secure checkout, seller discovery, and order tracking. Validation would also focus on vendor-side usability, category navigation, and cross-device performance for a smooth marketplace experience. Deployment

Released the app on Google Play under the Shopping category, with the Play Store showing an update date of April 2, 2026. The product is supported by a live public website, privacy policy, support email, and phone contact, indicating active deployment and marketplace operations..
