Clust App is a ride-hailing and taxi booking platform designed to make urban transportation in Albania faster, safer, and more convenient. The app allows users to instantly book taxis, track drivers in real time, add multiple stops, communicate with drivers through in-app chat and calls, choose flexible payment methods, and manage ride history and favorite places for a smoother travel experience. It is positioned as a taxi solution for cities like Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, and Sarandë.

Problem Statement

In many cities, booking a taxi through traditional methods can be slow, inconvenient, and stressful, especially for users who need quick pickups, fare transparency, driver visibility, and safe transportation. Locals and tourists alike need a simple mobile solution that removes the need for phone calls and gives them a more reliable way to move around the city.

Project Objective

To develop a smart taxi booking app that enables users to book rides instantly, track drivers live, communicate easily with drivers, and travel with more convenience, safety, and confidence across major cities in Albania.

Discovery Phase

Identified the need for a modern taxi booking solution in Albania that removes the delays and inconvenience of traditional ride booking. Defined the product around fast booking, live tracking, safe transportation, and a simpler mobility experience for both residents and visitors.
